Creditor Representation may involve filing foreclosure actions, suits for judgment, replevin, garnishments and motions to lift stay, adversary actions, proofs of claims, involuntary bankruptcy, and other motions filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts.
Mr. Mucklow has filed appearances in state and federal courts throughout Northeast Ohio. Institutional or individual creditor representation can be provided. Mr. Mucklow has represented creditors since 1989, and represented large financial institutions, creditor committees, and was responsible for the involuntary case against Fair Finance.
In order to provide creditor representation, Mr. Mucklow needs an engagement letter, conflicts check, the note, security documentation, along with information regarding the amounts owed and debtor information.
